Morning 11

So this morning we woke up to the very loud phone ringing. Oh no! it is 10:05 am and we were supposed to go play basketball!! We hurried and threw on some clothes (or possibly stayed in the clothes we slept in ;) What was initially 6 volunteers turned to 2 but we were out the door and met our Romanian friends downstairs. Now... for those who know me know my basketball experience is limited to a few church ball games 5 years ago . I mean I would say I am good at playing Horse in the pool but that is not saying very much! Mihai asked us to play.. not if we were good so too bad so sad. I had a great time and it was so refreshing to get out and play but if Uno was competitive with the Romanians... imagine basketball! and forget any rules or fouling because... it is pretty much free for all minus the vaguely visible court boundary lines. At one point I found 3 people reaching over me trying to pull the ball out of my hands.. haha but all in all a good time! It's just a game right? Maybe that mentality was my whole problem. who knows! We are off to have a picnic at 4 pm so I will probably post another little blurb tonight. Remember: Make today better than yesterday was!
